Progress that reflects our efforts
At Association Arménienne d'Aide Sociale (AAAS), professional equality between women and men is at the heart of our values and our ethical commitment.
We are proud to announce that our Equality Index for 2024 is 88/100, an increase of 3 points compared to previous years (85/100 in 2022 and 2023).
For our organization, which has more than 150 employees, mainly in our nursing homes, this commitment is naturally part of our social mission and founding values, with the ambition to continue to progress and aim for excellence in professional equality in the years to come.
