EHPAD Résidence Arménienne Montmorency

Located on a promontory which, to the south, overlooks the valley known as Montmorency, the EHPAD Armenian Residence undoubtedly benefits from one of the most beautiful views of this valley which extends to Paris.

In a residential environment consisting of beautiful character residences, villas and small buildings, the residence is accessible by the SNCF train station of Enghien-les-Bains (fifteen minutes away).

Two city buses serve the residence: line 13 with a stop right in front of the establishment entrance and line 15, during weekends, with a stop at the back of the establishment. A car journey of approximately thirty minutes from Paris (Porte de la Chapelle) allows you to reach the haven of greenery and rest dedicated to our residents.

Facilities and services

The establishment offers 42 new or renovated individual rooms, all equipped with complete PMR bathrooms (shower, WC, sink) with anti-scalding safety and automatic lighting. The rooms, distributed over four levels accessible by elevators, have electric shutters, network sockets and possibility of TV and air conditioning installation. Residents can personalize their space with personal items.

Common areas include a dining room and lounges with television overlooking the park, allowing activities and moments of conviviality. Wi-Fi is available throughout the establishment. The autonomous kitchen prepares meals on site adapted to medical diets, including modified textures and enriched meals according to specific needs.

Medical and logistical services

On the ground floor are the administrative services for reception and admission procedures, as well as all health services: offices of the treating and coordinating physician, office of the health manager and psychologist, pharmacy, infirmary and physiotherapy room. Logistical services (laundry and linen room) are also installed there.

A 14-place PASA welcomes during the day residents with Alzheimer's and related disorders that are moderately disruptive, in an environment recreating home conditions.

Finally, in one of the outbuildings are installed the technical and building maintenance services, and two parking lots are available to visitors.
