The Governance Structure of the Armenian Association for Social Assistance
The Armenian Association for Social Assistance (A.A.A.S.) has developed an effective governance structure that ensures both democratic control by its members and operational efficiency for its activities, organized around two complementary divisions: the Social and Medico-Social Establishment (ESMS) Division and the Projects Division.
